Online IELTS Writing Task 1 Class: Process Writing

IELTS candidates may have to describe a process in Writing Task 1. This type of text is quite common in academic writing, particularly in science subjects, such as describing a natural process or reporting on a practical experiment. This IELTS drop-in class builds on the students’ increased awareness of the passive voice and also review and expand their knowledge of linking words and phrases which should enable them to describe a process more effectively.
This IELTS drop-in class is designed for international candidates who are planning to take the Academic IELTS Exam.

About the instructor

Ryan is an English language instructor with nine years of international teaching experience. He’s taught IELTS and university preparation classes in the State of Qatar, the Russian Federation and Canada. When not working on this website or teaching English online, he is currently working towards a Master of Arts degree in Global Leadership at Royal Roads University in Victoria, British Columbia.
