Advanced: For students who have a strong grasp of English but need to refine their skills for professional or academic purposes. Conversation Meetups: Emphasizes speaking and listening practice for real-world interactions. Test Preparation: We offer preparation courses for exams like CELPIP and IELTS exams.

How do I know which ESL program is right for me?We offer a placement test or assessment to determine your current English proficiency level. Based on the results, we’ll recommend the program that best matches your needs. If you’re unsure, our ESL advisors can guide you through the process.

Do I need to be fluent in English to join your classes?Not at all! We have classes for all levels, from complete beginners to advanced learners. You’ll be placed in the appropriate level based on your current abilities so you can learn at your own pace.

What is the schedule for your ESL programs?We offer flexible schedules to accommodate students. You can choose from: Part-time programs (6 - 12 hours per week) Evening and weekend classes for students who are working or have other commitments. Online options for those who prefer studying remotely.

Do you offer online ESL classes?Yes! We offer a variety of online ESL courses. These are taught by qualified instructors through virtual classrooms, and include interactive lessons, group activities, and one-on-one sessions. You’ll still receive the same level of personalized instruction as in our in-person classes.

How long do your ESL programs last?Our programs vary in length depending on the course: Short-term courses: 12 weeks for specific skills (e.g., conversation practice or exam preparation). Long-term programs: 12 - 24 week comprehensive English learning. The exact duration will depend on your starting level and the intensity of the program.

What are the costs of the ESL Programs?The cost of our ESL, CEPLIP and IELTS programs varies between $10.00 to $29.00 CAD per hour, depending on the type and duration of your learning plan. For example, all our ESL programs (Pre-foundation, ESL Foundation and General ESL) cost $240 for a 12-class package, with the duration of each class being 2 hours. Each of our three ESL programs includes a 7 day trial period allowing you to decide if the course if a good fit for you. We have three separate pricing packages for our CELPIP and IELTS classes: a 10-class/hour package for $290, a 16-class/hour package for $432, and a 32-class/hour package for $800.

Will I receive a certificate?Students who successfully complete our ESL placement test will receive a certificate assessing their English proficiency in listening, reading, writing, and speaking based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).

Can I join an ESL program mid-term?Yes! Depending on availability, we allow students to join a class based on our "continuous intake model." A continuous intake model means a student intake model in which there is continuous admission of students throughout a program of instruction; In a continuous intake model, a student may start at any time.

Are your ESL teachers qualified?Absolutely! All of our teachers are experienced and certified ESL instructors, many with advanced degrees in education or language teaching. They are dedicated to helping students reach their full potential in English.

How do I enroll in an ESL program?Enrollment is simple! You can sign up through our website or contact our admissions team. You’ll need to complete an application form, choose your desired program, and take a placement test (if required). Payment options will also be provided during the registration process.

What is your refund policy?We offer a refund if you cancel within a specific period after enrolling (usually within the first week of classes). After that, refunds may not be available, but please contact our student services team to discuss any concerns.

What happens if I miss a class?We understand that sometimes things come up. If you miss a class, you can: Make up the class in an alternative session. Contact your instructor for missed materials and additional help. Attendance is important, but we’ll work with you to make sure you don’t fall behind.
